T&C’s, Shipping & Returns


TrailPrints offers free complimentary shipping for all orders. Delivery time varies depending on location. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. When your order is processed, you will be able to track your order from within your TrailPrints account. We will also send shipping emails to you upon successful shipment, and delivery of your order. If you do not receive these emails or have a shipping enquiry please contact me at matthew@distancehiker.com and we will be happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

If your Trail Print gets damaged in the post, arrives with a manufacturing error, or is lost in the post we will resolve this for you with a replacement, or possibly a refund. Refunds are applied on a case-by-case basis.

We are not required to offer refunds on orders which are no longer wanted. However, if you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will see what we can do to ensure you have a great purchasing experience.

We are also not responsible for orders which do not arrive on time for a specific occasion, or that have spelling errors made by the end-user. We of course want you to be delighted with your order, so if you do have any issues please contact us.

On occasion, our printing partner may inform us of an out-of-stock paper, or frame. In these situations, we will offer you an alternative, or lead time for the order to be fulfilled. If we cannot come to a suitable agreement, you have a right to cancel your order for a full refund.
